I would say your depiction of SCHW is a bit off from what I have read. They also operate a bank of sorts which bought tons and tons of bonds they are under water on. If the would need to sell those they would have massive losses from that side of their business.
I agree with these picks, especially for MSFT and META. I also suggest looking at Everest Formula's recommendations, there are exciting ideas for value investors.
