My age is 60 years old, my vitamins are fish oils, magnesium, vitamin B12 in the morning and right before bed, I do take a Flintstone tablet because it has iron in it and this is what I do take for my daily vitamins. My fish oils are organic with lemon in it touch of lemon it’s one tablet for breakfast. One tablet for lunch one tablet for dinneror before bed thanks.
