I am 71 next January. I take supplements for immune system, apple cider vinegar diluted with warm water which takes the edge off the neuropathy, drink chicory root tea along with a probiotic capsule. I eat blueberries with some walnuts. Trying to life the last 15 lbs. I eat oranges, grapefruit, red grapes and unsalted crackers. I eat obe avcacado with pepper/salt and swallow a numeric capsule. I have hypothyroid so trying to supplement and also detoxification using dandelion tea.
