That’s exactly what I’ve been saying about the eggs. When they went up to $5,$6, $8, even $10 a carton people should’ve just stopped buying them. Nobody ever died from not eating eggs.
Even organic eggs are now over seven dollars a carton and I know I won’t buy them

To be honest, it's unfortunate things are getting difficult to afford in our conversation right now, thanks to my financial advisor for making me take advantage of this current situation, I was a stay at Home mom with no money in my IRA or any savings of my own, which was scary at 53 years of age. Three years ago I got a part time job and save everything I make. After 3 years, I am 56 yo and have put $10,000 in an IRA and $80,000 in my portfolio with CFA, Diasy L Cohn . Since the goal of getting a job was to invest for retirement and NOT up my lifestyle, I was able to scale this quickly to $250,000. If I can do this in a year, anyone can.
We are short because private equities are buying properties and banks are keeping foreclosed properties-
Homes are expensive because of corporate grid. Zillow was buying homes with AI and made them very expensive not shortage we have over 15 million houses sitting empty. Groceries are almost 100% up.
