These two men are LEGENDS. I can't stress enough the impact they have made in my life, along with Jim Rohn and Peter Lynch.
What Charlie means is that not many people want to study a company, make an informed decision about such investment and then wait for it to mature. Most people make wrong investments because they want results fast, within 1 to 3 years, at most, whereas a good, solid investment may take 10, 15 or 20 years. I know a friend who purchased 20 actes, for about 5 thousand dollars 20 or 25 yeas ago and now his investment is worth about two million dollars. His genius was not in buying, but in waiting.
So he use disconted free cash flow right?

I don’t know why the people in the comment section are praising them. None of them gave any real calculations on stocks, and gave a bunch of jibberish crap. To cut the video short, all they said was look at the financial statement and see if the they are a growth company.

That is the challenge for Berkshire . Having so much capital to allocate and yours to get the returns on that capital they’re looking at multibillion dollar companies. Where is you could get a 2345 fold return on a smaller company in the low millions.But for Berkshire that would be a drop in the ocean
