Oh my dear, it is incredible, that I have seen this weed growing in my garden and every where I go around, and I saw the natives (Italians) as I live in Italy, picking up in the fields, and they have even tried to tell me how to prepare, however I have never done it…But now you convinced me as I am actually a green lover and I do like bitter taste too, so I am sure I will love it…Thanks again dear girl for this healthy & simple recipe,,,but I have to wait till their arrival 🙂

Love watching ur shows, always something new and entertaining

It looks delicious, as usual. I love salads and greens in general, but I can't get friendly with dandelion greens. It's too bad because they have many health benefits. They are always so bitter, perhaps this preparation mellows out the bitterness. I'll give this a try. Heghine jan, I love your outdoor episodes especially with your gorgeous backyard and the bird sounds, I hope you continue once in a while even after your kitchen is remodeled. P.S.
