$300 billion (the low end) would add $5 to the price. 2.5 trillion (the high end) would add $40 to the price.
Come October and November there may be legislation/permissions to make the process of making an etf simple another requiring approval from the SEC

Why would they even talk about an ETF if the judge still hasn't finalized the closing of the case and Ripple paying the fine in full. Until then, the limits placed by the lawsuit is still in effect.
