This is the greatest group of Greek heroes ever assembled on 1 boat
10:14 Proseidon, my favorite greek god
Medea was to the Argonauts what Bilbo was to the dwarves. She always had a trick up her sleeve to get the gang out of trouble.
Jason and the Argonauts the original avengers 😂
Bro had it all but still wanted more 😂 what a great story of GREED
IS THIS THE TRUE STORY? I think there are lot of fantasies of diverse authors and open for wrong conclusions … the main goal: the golden vlies is a synonym for immortality like the dharmakaya in buddhism, to describe a spiritual development is impossible so the many authors use symbols and paradigmas in order to show the endeavours … and they are always misinterpreted and wrongly understood like saga of herakles or the oddyssee … being strong in spirituality means having conserved a lot of psychic energy more than the gods have (not muscles!!!) and the sword ord spear or bow and arrows symbolize the concentration power …
Would this make better for a TV series or film trilogy?
Thanks for bringing this epic back to life!
Is IA?
HERACLES NOT HERCULES that’s what the Roman’s called him
“If you take the plates the car ain’t going anywhere” Sir, if your kid was just driving on a suspended license then he’d definitely drive a car without plates. Such a great Christian example 😂😂😂
One question, why use the Roman name for Heracles when we’re using the Greek names for everyone else?
Fun fact from guy who’s ancestors were colch, till this day in high Caucasus mountains people lay sheep skin (fleece) in the river and gold just sticks on it
Why did not Hera stood up for Jason when King Pelias went back on his words, She was the hero's patron deity right ?
The original gaslight gatekeep girlboss or whatever
Point of this story ''STAY AWAY FROM DANGEROUS WOMEN!''
Hercules is that high budget guest actor who only shows for only 1 episode.
the real avengers!!!
I keep hearing "The kingdom of Cold Cheese"
The pre avengers
The Argonauts — the world's first superhero team?
Am i the only one who is not getting audio
Fun fact. Clytemnestra, helen of troy, pollux and castor are all siblings.
Clytemnestra goes on to marry agamemnon and eventually betrays and kills him. She is later killed by her son.
Helen of troy leaves menelaus for paris but they later reconcile. Helen had a long, happy marriage until her husband died. She was then driven ouf of sparta by her stepsons and fled to rhodes. She was eventually hanged by the rhodian queen polyxo in revenge for her husband during the trojan war.
Greek story yet you use Hercules instead of Heracles?
Why don't Greek heroes ever have happy endings?
The Gods should not have made her fall in love with Jason. She deserved better. She did all the work and Jason got all the credit.
Shout out to whoever created the art for these videos. Amazing is an understatement.
Shouldn't most of the weapons be of bronze?
Gratitude 🤲 With Appreciation.
40:25 the primary monster?
Avengers but mythological.
Cercei was Media’s aunt. She is quite big figure
Alexander Volkanovski – Rank ..Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Joe Lopez.
Because of his paternal Macedonian and maternal Greek heritage, he uses the nickname "The Great" in reference to Alexander the Great, claiming that he had "a Macedonian father and a Greek mother", similar to himself.
That was the bravest story I've ever heard 51:41
I'm very obsessed and very interested at this point where this instant of medea and Jason just ended up because I'm really interested in media and Jason because you can't really match the aspect of something that I really like not either then they are also a powerful heroes like someone that im interested he's a hero to and very interestingly he's also in the story too😮😮😮😮😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 I surely don't want to get into trouble like that if I was Eva Jason or media and by the way media sounds like Medusa 39:51
Why does Jason remind me of myself and Jason voorhees mix and meteor reminds me of myself and my cousin😅😅😅😅😅😅28:14
Amo vs Pollux is lowkey similar to George Foreman vs Mohd. Ali
Even a Hero can be corrupted, justice comes in unexpected ways. Beautiful illustrations, And clear and narration. Thank you.
So it's essentially an avengers type mash up but make it greek 😀
The og avengers assemble moment lol
There is a great fable called The Ring of the Niebelungen. Richard Wagner composed 4 operas based on this. Tolkein wrote The Lord of the Rings with this in mind. By all means, check it out.

I know there’s different versions of different tales but the one I’m most familiar with has Jason actually dying when he gets crushed by the rotting hull of the Argo. Like he’s a penniless old man now because of his betrayal of Medea so he just lives on the beach and spends his days sitting beneath the Argo thinking about his past. Well one day the bow of the boat finally breaks and crushes him to death. Which as far as dramatic irony goes feels more satisfying than him simply killing himself.
A great idea to feature the argonauts one by one.
