I absolutely love ancient Greek mythology. The Gods had human traits, both good and bad. These Gods had faults, desires, suffered lust and longing. They killed and abused.
Its pronounced Moira (plural: Moires)
Hecate looks right (young)

The Fates & Hecate have similarities. Both are said be in triplicates.

Some things about Moirai, they don't make destinies, they alter life and death rights and try to create fates to their bidings. God will judge them nevertheless.
In some myth they're the daughter of Ananke a primordial goddess of necessity and destiny.

I am greek and please hear this. Everybody speak it with wrong pronunciation.The word moirai or moires in modern greek is pronounced mee-resh.(with or without the final "s" sound, both are correct)
"oi" is pronounced "ee"
