You know what I just figured out with the banks in mortgages is when you get a discharge a bankruptcy and they say they discharged her mortgage but the lien remains on the property. The truth is is that they don't record the bankruptcy of the mortgage That's why the lien remains if they recorded the bankruptcy on the mortgage they would be free and clear. Also I had a forgery done on a agreement in 2021 with Wells Fargo they forged an agreement to put my forbearance that on the back of the loan when I told him I was getting a half gram h a f gram that would have paid it off it was up to 50,000 so they didn't end up putting it off but it's still on my own and I'm getting four closed on so I'm filing in court a prelimitary injunction and temporary restraining order for them to stop the sale the auction cuz I'm counterclaiming so I have to write up for the complaint form and the judge of the side if it's worth stopping it or not then I have I stopped paying because I noticed Wells Fargo also got paid off during my bankruptcy they put a claim in and they got paid plus I'm paying but I want to get an audit done I only have like 5 days

The problem is there are too many people trading paper VS producing tangible goods or producing something which creates more value from the input raw materials and labor.
The entire MERS (Mortgage Electronic Recording System) upended 300 years of settled property law within the United States… Counties record mortgage documents and ALL transfers /sales of mortgages – – individually – $35-$50 per transfer – when mortgages began selling enmass in the 90's – MERS began to appear on recorded mortgages EVIDENTLY buyers and sellers of mortgages did not want to pay every transfer fee so the banks set up – MERS – which was the registered mortgage holder County documents.. then every time the mortgage was sold there were no county transfers – the banks were all members of MERS or partners in it, however MERS was not the lien holder which created crazy problems when people contested foreclosures. MERS holds no mortgages so has no standing in court to foreclose on anyone.
The banks screwed the counties out of tens of millions in transfer recording fees if not more…
But what was crazy was MERS made the next stupid Mortgage Backed Securities easier as then they were basically selling off pieces of a single mortgage to hundreds of investors though the entire Credit traches of a single MBS that might have 10,000 mortgages inside of it. They financialized mortgages probably 3-5 times each.
