a short note regarding the email i received. in the American market you can invest as little as $100 to get started, but the Australian market you need a minimum of $600 to even think about it. identifying the different markets and their restrictions regarding minimum investment amounts would be good because i bet you have all sorts of foreign watchers. i like your content, but i don't know if i could only invest every $100 put away because of my location. i recommend stating to research minimums from their country, as well as any other rules regarding foreign investments as well.
if you have no children and nobody else is attached to your debt in anyway you dont need life insurance…..just make sure you have a decent will drawn up..

Terrible charging your grandmother those fees! I just realized my capital one that I've had for at least 10 years at 13% went up to 18.9 and was even 20 at some point so I am tapping away at that aggressively. Already cut balances on two cards in half in 3 months!

One could easily turn a penny into something bigger in the stock market and now could be an excellent time to start investing, as stock prices on companies are lower than they've been in months.
Hello JS, I love your videos and the content you provide! With respect to the tips (tip#1) on this video of "what money is coming and and whats going out" I thought of creating a spreadsheet that would hopefully be easy to fill out and track such data. I wanted to know if I can somehow send you the document and have you review it to both give me suggestions on cleaning it up (its accuracy, streamlining, etc.) and possibly sharing it to any of your viewers if it may be something of value as a tool.
I can buy 5 new cars with cash, why not finance one car with 0% APR and invest the capital into a index ETF and pocket the difference?
