If you go 100% debt, and you can’t pay the interest, then you will lose everything. That should also be explained. High leverage, high reward, but also HIGH RISK.
Thankyou robert after 10 years studying you its finally clicked
"One of the most eye-opening videos I've watched this year! The way you explained the infinite money loop makes financial freedom feel achievable for anyone. Brilliant content!"

Let's do some maths…. And you will realize that you need to put your money in and then your money helps to attract more money and when you are lucky enough to get a tenant who pays more than your EMI is the point where you make your first $ and don't forget….that single $ is not free but is the result of your initial investment. Hence you aren't making money… Cuz if you've paid $2000 initially through Credit Card and later made a $ that means you still have $2000 debt(bad) which obviously requires an payment every month which is obviously more than that $ you made through this cycle.
Let’s all take out 100% of our savings and hoard our cash to crash the system. 3.2.1. Go!

Where did you live for $28 pm. What do you do if you have to live somewhere and buy an asset to rent out? Buy something you can live in and partly rent out?
Hey robert, i am 16, and very new to the game, like very new. I got a very, just very curious thought. What do you mean by you don’t flip properties? Maybe its literal by you don’t FLIP properties. But what do you think about Wholesaling?
Please respond to my question. How is there no Roi when you owe the $1800 on the credit card plus interest. $25. a month would not pay the monthly credit card plus interest. I must be missing something
why does he need our money to subscribe to his channel if he so rich, he thinks we are idiots, you cannot make money from nothing, period
Building wealth makes sense for this life, but the love of money truly is the root of all evil. Many get lost while trying to gain the whole world. Don’t ever let it cost you your soul.
Thank you very much
You always have to buy right. Finding the deal is the most difficult part of this game.
SUI to the moon !!!!!!
I love Robert for changing my life.
Very good information. Thanks!
You guys are incredible!!
I love the concept but I don't hear mentioning of qualifying for loans?
Interest rates are quite high today.
Do you start with private investors ~Interest only loan?
I've acquired assets and decided to take action instead of just endlessly listening to podcasts, which I still do every day. Now, I want to deepen my understanding of a few things. As an entrepreneur, I know we often have to figure things out as we go. I'd love to have a mentor, and I’m more than willing to work for free to learn. I haven’t worked in years because the traditional job route just hasn't been for me.
😀🥰
4 years later and no savings and the economy is crashing Inflation is out of control and rates are at 7 to 8 percent

What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the real estate & financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.
How can I buy my first duplex plan to -live in one side lease the other side out to make the mortgage
Is it possible to achieve 50% ROI In real estate with everything that I'd going on
As an lnvestment enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.
Best spent 46 minutes of my life😊
This is a SCAM. It you do not wish to invest large amounts of money, DO NOT proceed. I watched a video for Robert Kiyosaki's Real Estate CASHFLOW Blueprint and at the end it said it was only $99 to sign up so I clicked on it and then I noticed when I was checking out it said “Save $100 NOW, by selecting the single payment option with Unlimited access, No subscription, and No additional fees.” When I clicked the single payment option it said it was $298 and came with a Contracts and Forms Toolkit and “INSIDER SECRETS” to EXPLODING Your CASHFLOW for free so I decided to give it a try. This was 05/16/2024. I received my confirmation e-mail and then I received another e-mail stating, “You now have access to your own Rich Dad Coach” but I did not click on the e-mail because I remembered seeing a coaching upgrade when I was checking out and it had a box to check that said to guarantee success, but I did not click that check box because I only wanted to purchase the program itself. A month later, on 06/20/2024 I noticed an additional charge for $298 and I called their customer service and was told that the coaching is an additional 5 payments of $298 so I explained that I did not click to add the coaching and that I had clicked on the one-time cash payment and was told that I would receive a refund for the second $298 and that they would make sure I do not get charged again. Today is 07/16/2024 and I see that there is another pending charge for $298 so I called in and spoke with Stacey who advised that she saw they removed the coaching and she was going to contact the accounting department to question the charge and then call me back tomorrow. The thing that is EXTREMELY IRRITATING in this situation is that I DID NOT check the box for the coaching and they took it upon themselves to add it on anyways. I clicked the one-time cash payment option with no recurring fees at check out, but they keep charging me every single month anyways. This needs to STOP because I did not sign up for coaching or monthly payments, I read the fine print.
