yep stable coins like rlusd – then banks have their own side chains using their own coins – then using bridge assets to go to main net – using projects like quant to create interoperability – countrys having their own stable coin maybe back by a basket of commodity's – Bam! The problem with her statement is stable coins are not programmable. They are a representation of one dollar and do not support smart contracts. A CBDC theoretically could but not the current stable coins she speaks of.
