Okay i have NO CLUE but i do know i am missing out! I have 10k to invest into metals I.E. Silver and i do not understand how to not get screwed because all i see is people getting screwed and i can not figure out how your all not getting screwed when you NEED to sell metals for cash. HOW are you selling metals for cash WITHOUT getting railed and losing a bunch of money? And don't give me this buy low sell high shit because that's a crock of shit… Buying Silver over spot and selling it for less than spot is NOT making money no matter what you bought in at and sold out at. The price has not changed much for silver in 40 years so don't tell me people have been holding silver for 40 years going any day now its going to go up… BULLSHIT only rich people can do that so please tell me HOW you sell your metals without losing money so i can invest my pathetic 10k and get back more than 10k in 5 years when i NEED to sell it ALL

They are dumping bonds because they are junk! Tax assessors have been ignoring USPAP and over taxing real property all over the Country. The bonds are inflated junk bonds. They have been adjusting property values to reach requested school budgets instead of valuing the properties correctly and telling the school district "this is what you get" Those bonds are a 1000 story house of cards.
