not in melbourne Australia if you have rentals you now pay a tax like on a 600k home plus bank intrest 6% agent fees 5% 9k on top of rates 2800 per home 4 of them 38k tax a year and on equity growth time to sell up not worth it here better to keep my home and buy silver or gold

Even Mr Kiyosaki is NOT being completely honest and telling the "entire" truth to his initial start and that which has gotten him to where he is now. – There are two major points he is leaving out which due to life and society he does not see or acknowledge them. — I have read all of his books and watched all of his entertainment educational series, but he still has not acknowledged the two things that helped build his foundation to getting him where he is today, though one is right in your face. – Both of these things gave him advantages most of us dont get and will never have the chance to use. – And he never mentions financial setbacks due to "unforseen things" such as medical debts that arent covered by insurance, even with the best providers.
