The gold market could see a short-term dip before rallying above $2,900 in 2025, according to detailed technical analysis. Kitco News speaks with Gary Wagner, editor of The Gold Forecast, who explains why gold’s next move hinges on key support levels, Elliott Wave patterns, and triangular consolidation. He also discusses the U.S. Dollar Index’s potential rise to 113 and its impact on precious metals.
Wagner explains macroeconomic factors, including President-elect Trump’s proposed tariffs and their possible inflationary effects. He also highlights the movement of physical gold and silver inventories and how this could drive market volatility.

meanwhile it's 2990 and they don't want people buying gold. They want to buy up themselves
Gold and silver will fall weather they cut rates or raise rates , this theory does not work in 2025 , paper tells the story .
USA the latest Banana Republic😮
Thanks Jeremy for having the irecompable "Master" Gary Wagner again.
Gold in hand beats BS coin on a computer screen.
Thanks so much ❤❤❤
Congratulations Jeremy
Great stuff! Always watch Gary!
Ridiculous you are fined for taking your money out of an Ira early . Ok, we can pay taxes, but it’s our money
Tariffs would be disinflationary. Tariffs behave as a tax. Any time you increase taxes you discourage growth. Lack of growth causes recession which causes price decreases rather than price increases. I can't believe some of these guests are actually given a microphone and not made to prove their point.
FABULOUS
Logan peterson also got married
Excellent Interviewee both and congrats on the wedding.
Also spot on Ernest Hoffman of Kitco publicizing the Mks Data re the reversals of the flow of PMs from east (Lbma) to West (Comex) since the November Trump announcements of Tariffs.
Michelle missed.
congratulations
American economy is going well, what's that guy smoking. I'm off
Maybe Bitcoin is "Eating Gold's Lunch!" again……
Investors are drawn to gold for several reasons: its long-standing history as a store of value and medium of exchange, its effectiveness as a hedge against inflation or currency devaluation, and its scarcity compared to other commodities. Gold also provides diversification benefits, as it typically has a low correlation with traditional assets like stocks and bonds. However, it's important to recognize that investing in gold carries certain risks and may not suit every investor. It’s essential to assess your financial objectives, risk tolerance, and overall financial situation before making any decisions.
we are going to have 3k gold in 3 months. possible 3.5k by end of year
My wife is getting tired of the same 'ole usual. Now she seeks that fibinachi extension
Love to listen to Gary Wagner. He seems quite reasonable!
Where did Michelle go?
The American dollar has only 3 percent purchasing power of the 70's. The other fiats sre even worse. Trump isgoing to spend baby spend with lower interests he wants. Ag and Au with crypto's and other hard assets will sky rocket 🚀
There are unknowns and there are risks and we will see. very helpful
I would bet a ounce of gold that there will be no tariffs on Precious metals..
The best vid yet on explaining crypto and associated markets. This from a trading intraday and short-medium or long term point of view. Was impressed that you showed the market cycle. Also the way you explained it. Regardless if it is stocks, currency, precious metals or real estate, crypto, that is being invested in, there is a cycle. As now crypto is a confirmed asset class, You already have taught me so much. Appreciate your time and effort in making the vid. …I managed to grow a nest egg of around 3Btc’s to a decent 21Btc’s…At the heart of this evolution is Sandy Barclays, whose deep understanding of both cryptocurrency and traditional trading has been instrumental. Her holistic approach to investment and commitment to staying abreast of market trends make her an invaluable ally in navigating this new era in cryptocurrency investment….
Happy New year guys, I'm going to keep buying gold.
