Some professions are categorized as more male-dominated, such as construction work, car sales, and mechanics. Likewise, others are categorized as more female-dominated, including nursing, teaching, and social work. Thankfully, some of these gender stereotypes are falling by the wayside. Today’s guests explain how women are investing (successfully) in male-dominated assets classes.
Liz Faircloth and Andresa Guidelli, hosts of The Real Estate InvestHER Show, are both professional real estate investors who believe in the importance of elevating women’s financial literacy.
Andresa says, “It wasn’t that long ago that women were not able to open a bank account or own a property. We are mentally dependent, financially dependent.” She goes on to explain how her own experience of being in a toxic relationship, she would have had the confidence to leave that relationship.
Liz says, “Women outperform men. Women make great investors. Not just my opinion, but statistically because they are more cautious, and don’t invest on a whim.”
Host Kim Kiyosaki and guests Liz Faircloth and Andresa Guidelli discuss how women invest differently than men, the resources available to beginner investors, and the importance of elevating women’s financial literacy.

Year-over-year inflation stood at 6.5% in December 2022—the lowest that figure has been in more than a year. Inflation was in line with what economists expected and gave many of them a reason to believe that the peak of inflation may be behind us. I have approximately $150k stagnant in my port_folio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn?
When Kim does it ❤️ it’s a different vibe she’s definitely my fav.
This used to be a YouTuber's account but you hacked it I know you did
Robert really love your msg financial knowledge for everyone. Read all your books plus I really like George Gammon as well. Men and women are team. Not only men not only women. No one made it alone. Great Kim kiyosaki is nothing without Robert. Great Robert kiyosaki is nothing without Kim. We all help each other reach what we are dreaming. Wish best for all women out there struggling. Her books really inspiring. Wish you best
womAn = one….. womEn = more than one. 😐🤦♀️
That's awesome .but now real estate is a very dangerous market , thanks to the 'Great Re.set' nonsense ….so everyone has to rethink ….
Would you be opposed to being my coach
Great interview! Who is the Kenny person that is mentioned?
Thank you so much for having this episode. Will definitely join their HER group. I want to find my very 1st $100K STR with $20K down payment using only my credit card. It can be a tiny studio and I can learn to rehab it! 💪🏻 In 2023, I can purchase a $200K property for STR. Used to making mistakes. Failing forward, into my ultimate success, for legacy… 🙏🏻
When it comes to investing, what’s your say to anyone with over 100K $ looking for the best ways to invest it and as well make good earnings off it?
As a young woman in Business with an affinity for Real Estate investing, this channel never fails to enlighten me and give me a list of things to write down. As a Miami Real Estate Agent in sales looking to gain funding for my first investment property, do you recommend getting into Property Management? I also wish to work and learn on a regular basis with an Investor in Miami. I am a hands on learner but I learn fast.
We’re currently homeless and i’m looking for deals to get us out of the situation. I only mention all that because when I worked in real estate while married to my son’s dad, my ex-husband caused me to lose all confidence in everything I was doing. While teaching my son about the industry he’s absolutely loving it by the way, he’s found this video and had me sit down and watch it. It didn’t take much after I heard the intro. Thank you for all your doing and I’m gonna look into that conference. I keep coming across great deals and I just can’t seem to pull the trigger but I know that there will be a point soon when I can.
I congratulate all of them but men are busy too. Being stretched for time isn’t female-only. My ex-wife didn’t work and I was working 3 jobs so I can point to plenty of women who aren’t that busy. My kids were in school and we had a person who cleaned. I do think more women need to get financially literate. Confidence is something gained by taking action. I gained my confidence by listening to Kim and Robert and Bigger Pockets, etc. I only wish that I had done it earlier. Men also have the pressure of having to provide (not as much today but it’s still there). That pressure is enormous when you have kids and a home, etc. But I understand all your points.
OMG I found my tribe! I've invested in Real Estate since the early 1980's. My support/mentors were my dad and his buddies. When I shine up my LinkedIn, this video will be on my recomend list. So excited to see this wild west of investing & how it plays out in 2022
Whats the little purple book she read??
16:36 what was it that she said here?
I've invested in a city I've never been to…why not? Time is money. We've got so much information at our fingertips with the internet. You work with a real estate agent and inspector in the city you're interested in, and they will tell you what you need to know. Work smarter, not harder.
Thank you 😊 I needed to hear this. Great content!
I wish I lived close to a city where there were meetups to attend. As a 70 yo single woman I'd love to do this but I'm remote where there are no others who are interested in real estate. Do you have online meetups?
This was a great podcast, thank you. I am confused however because as of lately Robert talks about real estate not being the market to step into, and has actually scorned folks bragging about getting his Rich Dad Poor Dad book and about buying their first rental property. Yet Kim seems to still be promoting it. I'm not criticizing, I'm just new and wanting to get educated, but I'm lost in the contradiction.
Policy’s and Procedures are what make doing business nice.
wonderful session!
I'm scheduled to be in Mexico during the week of June 20th. Will there be a recorded replay available?
I've noticed this with my wife. There are times that I try to have conversations with her about investing, real estate etc and she is often like "It is whatever you want to do". It frustrates me sometimes but she just doesn't realize how great of a problem solver she is. She saved us hundreds of dollars on essentials for our first child by finding deals with gift cards etc. Maybe thousands. I want her to be a part of it with me. Recently I've started seriously reaffirming how great I think she really is and how good of a problem solver she truly is. About how she has added so much to my life. I don't want to be a dictator, I want to be part of a team. I want her to shine and flourish. Nothing would make me happier than to see my wife happy and not having to work etc.
I'm of <the opinion that those who leave it to market dynamics to determine when to trade or not are either new to the Market or are probably just naïve. The market has seen far worse times than this, enlightened traders are taking advantage of the dip and pumping even more towards trading sessions. My advice to new investors: More emphasis should be put into day trading as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. Trading went smooth for me as I was able to raise over 5 BTC when I started at 2 BTC in just 5 weeks of implementing trades with signals and insights from expert catherine Nathan
Its important women know about finances, after reading John MacGregors book why the rich go broke I was scared. Women should be involved with the second half's about finances. I recommend: The Top 10 Reasons the Rich Go Broke: Powerful Stories That Will Transform Your Financial Life… Forever By John MacGregor. Kim thanks for educating me.
Many women (not all) choose to be financially dependent because it's the easy way… better my partner go to work and I stay home!
Divorce is one of the reasons women get in financial trouble! 😂😂😂 Quite the opposite! Most of the times they make money 🤑🤑🤑
Can Invether make the upcoming event more affordable for SA Rands.
