Basically all Christians have different levels of demonic oppression due to sin or the effects of sin at times. Most of us are not going to need a formal exorcism, however as the Lord's Prayer suggests we may need some form of deliverance. Suggest people look at gentle deliverance models like Unbound available and also Sozo can be helpful as well as regular sacramental confession. Remember just because your not ‘foaming at the mouth’ so to speak it doesnt mean you dont need deliverance!
