I purchased every stock, index, reit he mentioned today just for a learning experience through cash app. They all came up and in the description tells u exactly as he does what they are. Really cool and really simple way to get into the stock market. Just FYI. Hope this encourages someone to try it out. Don't spend a lot until u are really familiar with what you're doing. I somehow already made .22 cents. 🎉

So I can invest in VYM and be rewarded with a 2.7% yield but possibly lose 20% because it is the stock market OR buy a bank CD earning 5.3% with a 100% chance of keeping 100% of my principal. Wow, the stock market for income looks so appealing.
