11:15 He is talking about @Grant Cardone
Hello Robert thanks, to hear again from you, thought you went on vacation😂😂🎉🎉
Every body is different, some people like debt some dont and some dont know how to use it.
There are millionaires who have no debt and there are broke people with a lot of debt. Its up to us to choose which side we want to be.
I want to get rich.
Kim is such a sweetheart! Always optimistic. You guys make a great team. I subscribed to your newsletter to hopefully get ur book on real estate. Thank you and Be blessed!
34:15 Way to go Sarah! Do the dirty work so you appreciate the people who will do it for you in the future. And they won't be able to rip you off 😉
🙏🙏
That was the interview with grant cardone lol
Thank you very much
@11:15 I remember that show. I wanted to applaud you for your response to his advice.
Thank you for teaching us
I wish I could talk to Ken to have his advice for my investment
I'm hoping there will be a housing crisis so I can .buy cheaply when I sell a few houses in 2025. As a backup plan, I've been thinking about purchasing stocks. What advice do you have for choosing the best buying time? On the one hand, I continue to read and see trading earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Why does this happen?
😁👍
I have been a blue collar worker my entire life. I am 48 and I retired early to invest in Real Estate. Sad to say but I make more money than all my friends. How do I find investors when all my friends make less than I do?
Here's what I have to know: Can I just buy a property, and expect to be able to generate income via rent? Can't I just pay off the 30 year loan with the rentor's money and pocket a bit of that and not worry about it anymore so long as it all goes well (Taking all the necessities of property running into account of course) I literally just buy all 100 of the properties in other words, and let the rentors pay for them.

Hey Robert, have been following you for some time now, read RDPD book. On a separate note-> Why have you agreed to be interviewed by Sharan (Finance with Sharan) in India? That video was so awkward to watch…that guy obviously didn't know enough to have a good quality dialog with you. It was painful to watch.
Thank you for your helpful tips re: property management …
That's right don't tell us nothing, buy the book.thats what you're making your money
Just listen to the stupid ass crap he’s saying about “the best time to buy is after the crash.” Guess what bud, we are in a silent depression and once it’s made public information, no one will have any money. It’s never going back to what it was when you were building wealth on debt.
I think people should really stop taking financial advice from a guy who built his empire on debt and is now buried in it.
Thanks Robert. Your lessons are invaluable
I need money to flip a house with cash What is the best way to access capital for that now
I retired at 50, three years earlier than planned ,With the guidance of my fin advisor, Monicamary Strigle (my FA), Her advice to diversify beyond traditional retirement accounts like 401K and IRA led me to explore rental real estate. As a Limited Partner in a portfolio of 1500+ units, I generated passive income and accumulated wealth. Thanks to Monica expertise and tailored strategies, I now enjoy a fulfilling retirement without traditional employment. Her insights in real estate investment have been invaluable on my path to financial freedom.
