There is an equal market chance associated with each crash or collapse. I have seen people accumulate up to $1 million during a crisis, and even make it work in a strong economy if they are prepared and well-informed. Without a doubt, the bubble/collapse is making someone wealthy.
Australians will have to take their investments offshore. The current government in OZ wanting to tax "unrealised capital gains". Communism or just plain evil or both? The Australian Government are destroying the Australia we once knew.

I watch your videos, I just want to say that most assets are priced so that the middle class cannot afford to purchase them anymore. And it takes more than one asset to build good wealth. No middle class person is buying an apartment building with little to no money and making millions that is a thing of the past.
