Might be throwing pearls before swine when i say this but:
It is not Nyx that Zeus fears, it's upsetting the fundamental ordering of the cosmos that is antithetical to him, he being the Supreme Consciousness.
If you want to think of the Gods like they are Marvel characters, then such a fight between Zeus and Nyx might seem imaginable, but others will tell you it makes zero sense and is an unimaginable idea.
Perhaps It's like asking whether the brain could win over the heart, or the liver, or the bladder. The brain has the capacity to know all these things but if it destroys any of them by an act, it undoes the ordering of the body and ultimately destroys the whole.

Zeus doesn’t f*ck with Nyx. If you get what I mean.

Nyx is one of my favorite Greek beings I love the stars upon the night sky and I think it’s very beautiful to see. 🤩🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍😍🌌🌌🌌🌌🌌

hi all! i praise nyx as my matron, i know theres not a lot of info on ways to praise her so heres a prayer i wrote for her that i recite often before prayer or just to invoke her

O Nyx, sovereign of the night's embrace,
Guide me through shadow, reveal your grace.

Shroud us in your mantle, cloak us tight,
Lead us through darkness, into your light.

As shadows dance and moonbeams play,
Bless me with your prescence, show me the way.

With reverence and awe, I call upon thee,
Nyx, Goddess of Night, hear my plea.

Lady Nyx I praise thee.

Nyx is the only goddess you're done if you rage no matter how powerful you are also nyx is hands down my favorite mythology goddess now

I always imagined her with long wavy white hair and dark clothes tbh

And something else Zeus did not go to punish Hypnos in the Trojan war he goes to Hera . Homer say that after Zeus awake from the sleep he goes to Hera and threaten that he will chain her as he have done before for 1000 years . Zeus don´t threat Hypnos and Nyx did not go to save her son from Zeus .

Probably the scariest Mother Goddess in all Pagan history. But I think Greek mythology is very misogynistic. I don't believe she is to be feared, just respected. Like a mother.

She reminds me of sekhmet for the same reason that gods were also afraid of her power

Night is the true state of the universe
Even when the sun rises and sets for eons. A far time from now a world will forever return to night.
