Funny how he was a strong advocate for abolishing the death penalty and he made more use of it than anyone
Ol maxxy was a frustrated lil self hating homosexual..he despised danton because 'danton' got himself alot of yummy beaver😅😊😮
❤❤❤❤❤
He was one of the greatests of enlightenment but people prefered living in the darkness of the middle ages. Anyway people had the right to be ignorant so here we are.
Vive Robespierre
Leftists doing what leftists do 🤷🏻♂️
They ate each other in the end. As usual
Lovely stuff
Robespierre had a lot of good ideas but he eventually became power drunk
suggestion: DARTH VADER
We need this for the EU and UN
R. Was the typical fanatic, puritan, psychopath. Inhuman.
The mongloid french make everything complicated….no 2 french can agree on the color of ahit….the French destroyed Canada
What a bunch of bullshit
talk about making someone tasting his own medicine 🙂
Max was a Jacobin of highest standing,…. He changed France and Europe forever,….. the only other hero of the Revolution was St. Just,….. who wrote the Decleration of Human rights!….. As the saying goes,…. Shit happens!
I think he is more of a study in the psychology of a tyrant who evolved from a hater of the death sentence to a lover thereof. He epitomizes the transformative power of power itself!
Suggestion: Corneliu Zelea Codreanu of Romania.
i feel you cant have an objective meaning by not living in that time. what is suprising to me, is that the french army never raelly intervened, the were fighting the austrians. only five yeras later napoleon and his armee grabbed power. in waterloo he lost all. and aain a bew aera .
What a lecture ! Simply great ! Thanks a million !
Robbespierrte should have been executed when was in High Scho9ol
Well done
Learned a lot
Thank you ❤
I've always believed the French Revolution was a bloody shame. All pun intended. Robespierre was the stuff nightmares are bred from. He became drunk with the blood on his sword until it slipped, and cut him to the bone. What's the saying? "Power corrupts. And absolute power corrupts absolutely." If those words weren't written for Max. Robespierre, they should've been.
Cleaning out the drones by Robespierre
shitlib history from someone who most likely doesn't read French sources. Try Henri Guillemin for a start… Baffling anglo nonsense
really great stuff – lots of knowleged
The one thing I don’t understand is why after they captured Maximilian They didn’t release all the other condemned? They still lopped their heads off before they lopped his head off.
05:05 all that religion, science and education but he turned out horrible.. that shows there's no freewill, you can't beat the bad DNA!
I can´t stand that voice. So theatrical.
Excelent documentary explained by a citizen french man. Now I understand this whole story of the French Revolution and why this guy, Max. Robespierre, was an important figure in this event.
The constant panning and zooming in and out became distracting. Ever heard of a still shot?
Anyone else keep hearing "back in our ass" ??😂
The tennis court oath was not taken at versailles palace..
His last speech wasn't only vague. He also forgot the adage of keeping your enemies closer than your friends!
Out of analysing such super knowledgeable doc(ume)ntary, US think that Robespierre had no option but to use terror in order to preserve the French Revolution ideals from been attacked and destroyed by its powerful counter-revolutionary forces of its enemies. Yours the Spirit of Catamount Killing and col. Zanussi-(Panam)a-la Polaca and cone(x)(os) h. Plot.
must also see movie , Blackbook
his greatest mistake was the unspecified threat
Mother nature is about to unleash its own terror and the French Revolution will be forgotten.
He was what developing countries aspire to…anti- revolutionary bullshitter!
