Omg I’m enjoying this so much. I’m going to have my 15 year old daughter watch after school
Does all the banks across the world do the same systematic
This is really very important video for me because I am learning to do business especially real estate investing in the future thank you very much indeed
The Bank is charging you for financial protection, until your life is threatened by them.
Yeah ok. Kiyosaki is now one of the poorest dad on planet Earth. He’s like $1 billion in debt

In this finance game, Dave Ramsey’s advice is the best way to grow and actually help stop these banks from abusing and destroying the world generating Sin itself, when interest is removed from the world and we are actually helping each other, there will be no poverty when we root out the Interest of making money from and for Interest.
This educational video is very great. I love hearing the speakers especially Tom, see for yourself at 15:22 of this video.

Man! Hiw I wish In was on the room for this session.
Watching this in July of 2025 and they just mentioned Bitcoin being around $50k… "If you KNEW FOR SURE Bitcoin was going to hit $2 million .." It's at $106k last I looked lol.
3 months ago I was broke, anxious, and completely lost. My friend sent me Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley and I read it in one sitting. Not even kidding, my whole energy shifted. I stopped chasing and started receiving. New clients, better sleep, confidence back. people don’t sleep on this. 😭✨
If you're reading this right now, I just want to say; I'm rooting for you. We’re strangers, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care. I know what it’s like to feel like you're pushing a boulder uphill. I felt that way until I picked up Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley I can’t explain it perfectly, but it changed my whole perspective. After checking it out on youtube and reading it things have been flowing—money, peace, confidence. maybe this is your moment too. Stay open. Wishing you more than you ever imagined✨
omg i thought i was the only one struggling with manifesting 😩 i tried everything.. journaling, scripting, vision boards but nothing really shifted. then i heard about Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley on a podcast and gave it a shot and it literally cracked me open. things are flowing in a way they never did before.😭😭 if you’ve been stuck, it might just flip everything for you too 💖
This comment section probably won’t remember me, but maybe someone scrolling needs this. A few months ago I hit a wall. Nothing made sense. I bought Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley after seeing it here on yt. I had no expectations. But chapter by chapter, it broke something open in me. Not motivation — momentum. Wishing that for you too.✨

They bury this kind of knowledge for a reason. The Obscured Principles book doesn’t just talk about truth—it bleeds with it. I couldn’t sleep the night I finished it. Not because I was scared… but because I finally understood why we’re kept distracted.
While everyone argues over politics and news, The Obscured Principles book quietly explains how the real game is played. The moment I read it, everything around me looked different. It’s like it gave me the decoder ring for reality.
I’ve spent years chasing answers in documentaries, podcasts, even ancient texts—and none of it hit me the way The Obscured Principles book did. It’s like it was written for the few who are ready to break the illusion and remember who they really are.
The most popular investment portfolio strategies include diversification, where you spread investments across different asset classes to manage risk. Another is the growth strategy, focused on capital appreciation through high-risk, high-reward assets. Income-oriented strategies target regular income from dividend stocks or bonds. Finally, there's the value strategy, seeking undervalued assets for potential long-term gains.
Respectfully, most people who try using debt to build wealth in real estate don’t actually succeed.
📉 Only 10–15% of investors ever build long-term wealth with leveraged properties.
Here’s why most fail:
• 80% own just 1 or 2 properties and never scale.
• Over 50% stop after 1 deal due to costs, burnout, or market shifts.
• Only ~12% earn enough to live off rental income.
• 1 in 5 with mortgages are forced to sell during downturns.
• Real returns (after taxes, repairs, vacancy) = just 4–7% a year.
Debt amplifies both gains and risks. And when people overleverage—especially with floating rates—they often lose big.
It’s not that debt never works. It’s that it rarely works for the average person following guru advice without serious reserves, discipline, and a 10+ year plan.
Don’t mistake marketing hype for long-term success. Know the real numbers.
– From someone who believes in financial freedom, not financial traps.
What they don't mention is what about taking income to have a living? You put everything back in your business but what about food, water and housing to live?
Much gratitude!

I've got lots of stupid questions then..
How did your rent income gross increased from 700K to 1M, 1.2M, 1,5M? same number of units we are talking about, yes we understand that you can appreciate your income to show to the bank so you can refinance it, but how can you double from 700K from the beginning to lets say 1.5M due to rental? lest say after 10 yrs, but is that realistic? you have the same number of units to be rented, not increasing the units means the same gross income right? so I wonder how can you increase everytime your gross profit to justify to the bank your bigger refinance value?
Here in the ph we cant borrow money without collateral.
The problem is to get enough saved up for a mortgage to buy a place to live then a buy to let.
