I’ll be honest — a few days ago, I couldn’t even point to Armenia on a map. But after one deep dive into the Armenian language, I discovered one of the most fascinating and resilient cultures on Earth. 🇦🇲
In this video, we explore:
The ancient origins of the Armenian language
Its unique alphabet created by Mesrop Mashtots in 405 AD
How it became a symbol of national identity through war, diaspora, and cultural pride
Whether you’re from the UK, USA, or Canada and love discovering lesser-known parts of world history, this journey into Armenia’s language and culture is one you don’t want to miss.
🌍 This is more than just a language — it’s a story of survival, identity, and pride that’s lasted for over 1,600 years.

2։20 The Armenian alphabet also serves as numbers, you can arrange them in a 4*9 column, the first column will be units, then tens, then hundreds and thousands. In addition, the alphabet itself has its own mysterious secrets, depending on how you arrange it.
One could also mention the ancient Armenian calendar, which surpassed other calendars in its accuracy, in addition, even the days of the months and the hours of the days have special names there. According to that calendar, it is now 4517). But now we hardly use it.
I can also mention Karahunj, the "friend" of Stonehenge, as well as khachkars – carved crosses and their symbolism, sundials, ancient Armenian mythology, epics, cuisine and many other peculiarities.
In short, Armenia has always been a unique country at the crossroads of Europe, Asia and even Africa, while at the same time preserving the traditions of its ancestors.
Thank you for this inspiring video about Armenia. We Love You❤💙🧡
The Armenian Hypothesis says the Indo European languages started in the Armenian Highlands where the Armenians are indigenous to

No Mesrop Mashtots did not create the Armenian Alphabet he restored it. Turkic language origin is Uyghur. The attack on the region of Armenia occurred in 1220–1221, during the reign of Genghis Khan, but the forces were led by his generals Jebe and Subutai.
Learn your history. Turkic language origin is northwestern China Uyghur. Karabagh, Ararat, Van, etc, was taken by force. About 40,000 years ago Indians wrote that the Armenians came to Africa mated with the Dravidians giving birth to the Indians. Armenian language and Indian have 80,000 words that have the same meaning but a different pronunciation. An Indian linguist Santosh Aurora wrote a dictionary. Let's go beyond that Anunnaki is a compound word in Armenian Annun-ak-i. It is the name of a symbol the wheel of eternity.

Mashtots re-invented the alphabet; it used to exist long before 405 A.D.
People spoke in that language but the written manuscripts were destroyed by Christian monks who considered that pagan Armenian literature wasn’t allowed to exist.
