Need to start investing more tbh
He was eventually right, but it shows how dangerous shorting is because he gave up before herbalife stock collapsed. Even though he seemed so convinced here, he couldn't keep the short open for enough time.
An extraordinary investor.
At least I'll be done bill short or long❤❤😂😂
I wonder who cuts his hair – my bet is John Barrett.

As far as I know Herbalife still exists.

I wonder why he hasn’t revealed any word about naked shorting, darkpool transfers of retail orders and payment for order flow.
Hope he is not short on our favourite stock AMC. Holding and not giving up!

He lost his mind on Valeant. He was vicious to us Valeant shorts. He knew their CF and revenue growth was bullish!t but didn’t care he touted crazy projections and attacked shorts.

Lesson learnt: when you are short don't go public before squaring off. 👍

I'm confused. If short selling is UnAmerican then who are the people making the candles red on the charts? He can't be the only person in America pushing that particular stock price down
BUY HCMC – TO THE MOON
This guy is a criminal. He dumped and pumped hotels and other stocks at the beginning of the pandemic. He bet against America. What a piece of shit.
He was prob not wrong about herbal life when he said this in 2013. Meanwhile in 2021 Herballife is still going strong. Shorting must be tough, you gotta be right and right on quickly.
If i were to redo my beginnings in the financial markets i'd definitely stay away from short selling.
Usually after a good short shell, I chug a beer.

He’s one of my favourite investor. I love how he expose scam companies
Being a short seller is a HARD business to be in.
Who remembers when Bill Ackman was going to be the next Warren Buffett?
I became a fan of Bill after his short on Herbalife. Sadly, the bet didn't work out and I to this date still don't understand why Carl backed up this company, because he generally is a decent Investor with good morality in my view.
