Усложнение получения гражданства этническим армянам – это очень плохой путь. Такое могли придумать только враги Армении.
For the majority of ethnic Armenians from developed countries, living in Armenia permanently is not feasible. That might work for a developed country, but right now, they expect too much. Permanent residence in Armenia is currently a gamble—few in the diaspora would take that risk. I would expect that almost no one would obtain Armenian citizenship under such a scenario—sorry to say.

Если расслабить кулак то она будет вырываться. Если раскрыть ладонь, то ей не надо будет вырываться, она будет просто петь.» В этот момент, он падает. Он играет чиновника в фильме. В чем смысл: если чиновник разожмет кулак в ладонь, он не нужен. Птичка выигрывает, он нет. По этому они (чиновники) всегда будут держать кулак в полу-сжатом состоянии, чтобы птичка жила, но всегда была занята борьбой вырваться из плена. В этом варианте, птица «якобы» жива, НО ЧИНОВНИК ПРОЧНО сидит на своем месте.
Перестройка была нужна чтобы ПОЛУ-разжать кулак, чтобы последующие поколения были заняты одним делом, под названием «вырваться из плена» (рабочего, финансового, законного) на всю жизнь.

I totally disagree.. ANY Armenian should be able to apply and be granted Armenian citizenship, there shouldn't be any restrictions in obtaining Armenian citizenship for ETHNIC ARMENIANS, but ONLY to ETHNIC Armenians…other nationals MUST meet DRACONIAN requirements to obtain Armenian citizenship, something very much similar to the elite Arab countries, in other words, something nearly impossible…
