I’ve recently tried sending bitcoin. Never again. The exchanges are constantly putting accounts on hold while reviews are in progress for up to over a month. And in some cases they just close the account. I tried five different exchanges and I ended up just cashing out. I had to use bitcoin ATM where the fees are ridiculous. Bitcoin is no longer a viable system to use.

Uphold won't verify my home address

I like pulled, but I wish they'd get an 800 number. When you have a problem, you have to wait for somebody to get back with you through text messaging. That in itself can be a long-drawn-out process because there were no guarantees. You're gonna get the issue handled on the first message. Then what ends up happening is? You hit the ball back-and-forth. And it could take hours if somebody responds back to you that day. Or even days if they don't. Where at least for the phone call, they can go ahead and transfer you to the applicable department. You can handle the issue and get a rectified. The same day and if not, you have knowledge as to what's going on. We're with a bank, you can call them and talk to alive. Agent or go to a local branch. I like uphold but just on the basic things that I do with them. Can get frustrating at times when you have an issue. When it comes to our money, we should not have to wait for answers? We should get them when we call or in this taste message them. I'm very hopeful that uphold will get better along the way as time goes on. However I believe and i'm sure i'm not the only one who fenced this? They should have a toll free number to reach. Somebody live to get down the business and get results immediately.
