2008 -2010 was insanely brutal in some industries (like construction, for example). If we're heading into the same kind of situation and without any relief, we're going to see some dark ages for sure. A massive drop in the living standards is inevitable in such a case. I think we're going to see more segmentation of the society with more gated communities, more private security, and basically more segregation everywhere. Some quiet voices are also talking about the upcoming energy crisis, but they're getting laughed at … Staying fit, healthy, and having some handyman type skills could be useful. Great info as always.

Daniela and Dave I enjoyed the talk very much!. I ask you to please read the 4 Gospels Books of Jesus Christ (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John). There is more than enough evidence to understand who God is. The reason why the world has a problem with Christ; and not any other God is because he is the true God.

On reality vs simulation, a great read from 1991, is the "Holographic Universe" by Michael Talbot, which makes an interesting case that the universe is a "hologram". Great read !!! Unfortunately, Michael Talbot prematurely passed away in 1992, one-year after writing the book.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. He offers salvation and eternal life. Opinions don't matter. Reading God's Word fills you with living water and Truth. I love this as an economic channel but to say we are just on average 80 years of simulation is not true. Once you die its too late to be right with the LORD. Believe the Gospel.
