With housing up 75% in Arizona? I dont think any Deflation will reduce the price back to what average people can Afford. Even people making 75k & up are doubling up in housing to afford to live. Savings are eaten up by food & utilities.
I am so happy that Jerome Powell made himself, and all his employees.. Get out of all stocks & related markets by a mandate that wasnton the tablefor over 100+yrs. & did it when the S&P 500 was at its very top, bk in November, 2021. Guess he should have waited a lil longer.. LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
