It was the United States, together with several allies, that used the semiconductor supply chain as a strategic tool to constrain China. Now, that strategy appears to be backfiring. China’s approach to rare earth exports reflects an understanding of the policy instruments employed by the United States. It may also be interpreted as a calibrated response to the semiconductor-related measures introduced by the United States and its certain allies.

I don't know what Trump is doing for the American people?. At this rate the looting is just around the corner. All this promised money is no where to be se😂en. Hell one doesn't know what to believe other than everyone is going broke and can't get on any program. Forget the national debt. People need to be fed. And pay the rent. The CEO can hardly contain her gushing over the government injection of funding into her organisation (yup, it's an organisation, not a private enterprise, not very much anyways). Wait till reality hits – that's when they find out how difficult and how much it costs them to process that stuff. And don't get me started on how the citizens are going to protest the toxicity management of that stuff. Oh wait, there's not going to be protests, not after Minnesota events.
