Sent to spend the summer with their uncle on a remote island, young brothers Andy and Mark learn that their eccentric grandfather once owned the island, but vanished without a trace…taking with him the secret to a vast fortune. Delving into the mysterious past of the island, the brothers discover that their grandfather designed a complex treasure hunt, a hunt that could lead to unimaginable wealth and heal their broken family – if they can find it in time. Sinister forces also search for the money and will stop at nothing to keep the boys from their quest. As the adventure unfolds, the boys learn that the bonds of family are the most valuable riches of all, and that some family secrets can’t stay buried forever.

    Loved it, I guess I love stories developed with mysteries around clues with adventures in the hunt for the reward, treasure, or Wisdom learned. 
    And the process of extrapolation for that depth and process for that knowledge. FUN!
    We need more thought provoking morally Christian based movies for the whole __family.
    ( we could have done without the “literal use” of the gun scene)
    Thank You I remember when I was young, there was always a MORAL to the story.
    The biggest problems with the World is where are the Morals ?

    If they would have used correct hand positioning for the CPR on Trent this would have been better, you see I 'm someone who know's. The other thing I know is that people will use scene's from movie's to remember thing's like CPR.

    Excellent story, excellent filming, excellent professional acting. Only short comming is the lack of background and a slow start. I would have added to the story in the beginning to try to explain the split between the brothers and the way one fell to the bottle and gambling, the loss of the family home, (perhaps leading to the split), but that was all skipped or deleted so the writer need not explain what happened to Andy's mother. Probably not includ3d in the film because of time constraints (length of most filming is limited by time, or most importantly by money). Even as it stands, an outstanding movie, targeted I would say for young teens!
