Ohhh, thank you my dear Engine for reminding me this salad, ones I tried it in Armenian restaurant, it was my favourite beetroot, prunes, walnuts and pomegranate- this is love❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗
I make a similar salad, but I don't like adding so much fruit as for me, beets are already too sweet. I marinate red onions in apple cider vinegar and added those and lots of herbs.
