I made this today and it is amazing! I never had a stew with such great flavor. I'll definitely be making it again. I used chicken stock instead of beer. Also I put in all the layers at once and didn't cook in two shifts. It came out great. I shared the recipe with my daughters.

The herb is called Russian Tarragon, I know it is not tarragon

this is is not Xashlama , this calls BUGLAMA, Xashlama comes lake soup with rice. and WHY are you on rush?
