Applebee’s Date Night Pass Is Back — Here’s How to Get Yours

Applebee’s wants to help you bring back a little romance into your relationship.

On Tuesday, the restaurant chain announced that for the second year in a row, it’s bringing back the Applebee’s Date Night Pass. And this year, it’s putting 3,000 passes up for grabs.

In case you’re unfamiliar, Applebee’s introduced the passes in February of 2024, giving customers a discount on food and non-alcoholic drinks for a full year. And this year’s pass is doing the same — giving pass holders up to $50 off their food and beverages once a month through February 2026, for both in-restaurant and to-go orders.   

“We don’t just make meals for our guests; we make memories. From first dates to birthdays, anniversaries, and everything in between, there’s always an occasion to celebrate at Applebee’s,” Joel Yashinsky, the chief marketing officer at Applebee’s, shared in a statement. “Our exclusive Date Night Pass is the perfect way to keep the celebrations going every month over the course of the year with an incredible value! Whether it’s a night out with friends or a cozy meal with a loved one, we’ve got date night covered.” 

Here’s how it all works. 

Interested customers can enter for their chance to purchase one of the 3,000 passes for $100 (which equals out to a $500 savings over the course of a year). But, in order to enter, you must first be a Club Applebee’s member. And don’t worry if you’re not already: You can register on the Applebee’s website; just make sure to do so before February 12, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Then, on Valentine’s Day, 3,000 lucky Club Applebee’s members will receive an email notifying them that they’ve been randomly selected to purchase an Applebee’s Date Night Pass. The passes will then be redeemable for 12 visits between March 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026. 

But that’s not all. The chain is also launching the Applebee’s Date Night Challenge. Starting March 1, 2025, Applebee’s is inviting everyone to share how they celebrate date night on Instagram or X using #ApplebeesDateNight #Sweepstakes. Twelve monthly winners will be randomly selected to receive a $100 gift card for their next Applebee’s date night, and one winner will receive a trip for two to “celebrate the ultimate date night at any Applebee’s in the continental United States.” So go ahead, share an app and some love.
