Wait I thought it was Aberbaijan and Albania.
Just look at the face of Trump while he is holding hands of both the leaders handshaking.😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
HOW MUCH CASH TO THE LEADERS?
The Trump-brokered deal between Azerbaijan and Armenia over Nagorno-Karabakh can be seen as a symbolic assertion of U.S. influence in a region traditionally dominated by Russia. From an international relations perspective, it represents great-power competition in the post-Soviet space. The U.S. seeking to expand its diplomatic footprint while Russia views any outside mediation as an encroachment on its “near abroad.”
For Azerbaijan, U.S. involvement boosted legitimacy and strengthened its position vis-à-vis Armenia. For Armenia, it offered a potential alternative to over-reliance on Moscow, though at the risk of antagonizing Russia. Russia’s irritation stemmed not only from geopolitical rivalry but also from its strategic doctrine of maintaining hegemony in former Soviet republics, where external actors are perceived as threats to its sphere of influence.
A more effective alternative would have been a multilateral framework under the OSCE Minsk Group, where the U.S., Russia, and France already had a joint mandate to mediate the conflict. Such an arrangement would have avoided the perception of unilateral encroachment by Washington while still providing Armenia and Azerbaijan with broader legitimacy and international guarantees. By embedding negotiations in a recognized, multilateral platform, the process could have balanced power asymmetries and also a reduced zero-sum dynamic, and of course would have minimized the risk of Moscow undermining the outcome out of strategic jealousy. This path, though slower, would have carried greater long-term stability and acceptance from all stakeholders.
Trump is indeed a figure who consistently gravitates toward attention and thrives on confrontation in nearly all his actions.
“Part of the agreement included granting the US exclusive rights to develop the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP), for the next 99 years, aiming to connect the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic to the rest of Azerbaijan through Armenia.”
The Azerbaijani leadership has always been a supporter of peace, interregional and international cooperation. The country respects and fundamentally supports all organizations promoting peace in the region and the world. Trump's support for Azerbaijan's peace initiative plays an indispensable role in establishing peace in the region and ensures continuous dialogue with the principles of partnership and non-alignment.
During his presidency, Donald Trump has emphasized the importance of peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia. He has supported a negotiated settlement of the conflict, emphasizing that economic cooperation will create stability in the region. Trump's message was that a lasting peace is possible based on mutual respect and compromise.
Azerbaijan demonstrates its constant openness to peace and reconciliation. The country's leadership responds to all hands extended to establish stability in the region. This position shows that Azerbaijan is a supporter of peace, committed to cooperation and mutual respect. Such an approach is a great contribution to ensuring sustainable peace for future generations.

What’s in it for America? Whether you like orange shitstain or not, we struck a peace deal Russia never could (for multiple reasons), we get a foothold in Russia’s backyard, complete the ousting of Russia from both countries and we have a strategic position right outside Iran’s backdoor.
Three dictators making a deal to line their own pockets. National interests be damned.
