Caulipower’s New Pickle Pizza Is Kind of a Big Dill

Pickles sure are having a moment.

From pickle bouquets for Valentine’s Day to pickle sandwiches that completely nix the buns in favor of juicy pickles, and even down to glitter pickles — which is exactly what it sounds like  — pickle fans are really getting everything they want. And soon, they’ll be able to get a delicious pickle-centric pizza, too. 

On Tuesday, February 4, Caulipower, the frozen pizza company known for making cauliflower-crusted pizza, will launch its first-ever Dill Pickle Pizza, which it says is a “bold creation that will satisfy consumers’ cravings in a healthier way.” 

The Caulipower Dill Pickle Pizza, the company explained, begins with a stone-fired thin and crispy cauliflower crust, which is then topped with a “creamy white béchamel sauce infused with dill pickle brine, melty mozzarella, roasted garlic, and a fresh dill garnish.” These ingredients all meld together to create what the company calls the “perfect balance of savory and tangy flavors, making it an irresistible choice for both pickle lovers and pizza enthusiasts.”

“Caulipower exists to give people exactly what they want, even if it’s never been done before. People have a passion for pickles — they’re everywhere. So, we thought, why not bring that trend home,” Gail Becker, founder of Caulipower, shared with Food & Wine. “I still remember my first time trying a dill pickle with my dad, who inspired me to start Caulipower. With pickles and pizza being two of America’s favorite foods, it’s about time they’re together in the freezer aisle.”

The company also boasts about the pizza’s nutritional value, which includes 14 grams of protein per serving, which has become the nutritional stat du jour in 2025. It added that the pizza is also made without any “artificial ingredients, colors, or preservatives.”

The pizza will be available exclusively at Whole Foods for the first three months following its release and will then be rolled out to other retailers nationwide later in the spring. It’s set to go to market at $9.99.
