Air Fryer Green Beans
I love air frying my green beans because it’s fast, and they come out perfectly cooked. To make them extra delicious, I top them with a crumb mixture made of parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, and spices. It’s so good that it’s hard not to eat the whole batch! What You’ll Need
I’m a picky green bean eater, but I can’t get enough of this recipe! The parmesan breadcrumb topping, made with mostly pantry staples, transforms these green beans from basic to delectable. The exact measurements are in the recipe card below.
- Green Beans: Trim the ends off the string beans, then rinse and pat them dry.
- Olive Oil gives the veggies moisture and flavor and helps the breadcrumb mixture stick.
- Seasoning: Kosher salt, sweet paprika, dried parsley, black pepper.
- Garlic: Minced garlic adds a savory aroma to the green bean topping that make this so good.
- Cheese: Grated Pecorino Romano or parmesan mixes with the breadcrumbs to create a crispy, golden coating.
- Breadcrumbs: 4C seasoned breadcrumbs are my go-to. Use seasoned GF crumbs for gluten-free.
