I spent years living in apartments with kitchens smaller than most traditional bathrooms. But best of all, it boasts a two-story design with a bedroom overlooking a gorgeous terrace. While the interior is functional and cozy, the deck is pure luxury that’s perfect for stargazing and entertaining alike.

At 40 x 20 feet, this compact house packs a lot of amenities into a small space. The first level comes already outfitted with a bathroom, shower, and ample storage space in the kitchen for all of your favorite gadgets.
